Cosima has been wonderful training our rescue pup! 3 of 5 lessons in, our strong-willed, often stubborn puppy has been maturing well, improving her behavior and attention to us. She loves Cosima and is she certainly tired after her brain works so hard learning new things!

Baleigh at Dog Training Elite is an amazing trainer. She has helped us train our sweet golden girl Maggie as a therapy dog. We have been working with her since Maggie was around nine weeks old and she’s now nine months old and she has transformed so much in such a short time. We are so thrilled with the progress she has made and all the support from dog training elite. She still has some work to go, but she is on her way to being a wonderful therapy dog. I know she’ll be able to help so many people with her sweet and kind demeanor and using all her skills she has learned in training. I cannot thank the team enough for what this process has done for our family already. It’s amazing just to see how my kids interact with her and people in our neighborhood. Hunter was amazing with our dog Harley. I took classes before the new owners but there were something he would never do. He would never let me walk away & stay. Hunter came to the house in one class I could walk out of the house & he would stay placed in the house with the door opened. It was amazing! I am blown away!!! Billie is a 1 year old Plott Hound. Before coming to Dog Training Elite, she was chaotic. We just finished her week of training camp last week and she's a different dog! I was able to train her on my own to a certain point but I didn't know how to make it stick. DTE helped me just as much if not more than Billie. I now know how to communicate to her what her job is during certain instances. I'm now able to actually play with my nieces and nephew when they're at my house. I can take Billie on walks and actually enjoy the walk myself. I still have a 1:1 session and 6 months of group classes to continue our training, but I can already confidently say that this training is worth every penny. If your dog is food aggressive, gets overly excited by visitors, or needs an outlet for pent up puppy energy... This is the training for you and your doggo!

Brad has been training our dog to be a therapy dog for our school. He assessed the puppies in our dog’s litter when they were 49 days old and chose our pup for his temperament, explaining how he was chosen. The very next week, Brad began working with our puppy, Cosmo, and me, as his owner and handler, in the environment for which Cosmo was chosen: our school. Brad has faithfully, continually, and patiently addressed issues, explained our puppy’s behavior, determined goals and helped us reach them. Brad’s demeanor is pleasant and his style is gentle and firm - Cosmo adores him. He is delightful to learn from and to watch in action. Cosmo is now eight months old and he is beloved by students and faculty alike. His behavior is so obedient, loving, and gentle that some of my colleagues have arranged to hire Brad to work with their own dogs in their homes. I cannot adequately express the admiration and gratitude I feel for Brad Okeson but I highly recommend him to you as you consider training for your pup.

Elite dog training is an exceptional dog training organization! I love working with Cindy, she is an excellent trainer! She is very patient and kind while also assertive with my dog. I love that with this program we do a lot of the training in my home where my dog is most comfortable and then as she learns new skills, we take her outside and then with a group. Groove training is available every Saturday and you are invited to meet with them even if you have graduated. I recommend training your dog with elite dog training!

We recently re-homed a 4-year-old border collie named Alfie, who, although smart and active, had issues with reactivity both in the house and on the leash. Truthfully we were scared when Alfie was acting out. Alex from Dog Training Elite was a game changer for us. His patience and expertise not only helped Alfie but trained us as well. He introduced us to an e-collar, which became an invaluable tool in managing Alfie's behavior. In just a few weeks, Alfie developed great recall and would quickly go to 'place' even during reactive episodes. Alex also taught us proper leash-walking techniques, putting an end to Alfie's leash-pulling. The e-collar helped keep Alfie focused and discouraged his reactive behavior. What stands out the most is the confidence we now have in handling Alfie, knowing he's becoming an integral part of our family. Alex was always punctual, incredibly nice, and patient, and Alfie loved his visits. We highly recommend Dog Training Elite and Alex for anyone in need of professional dog training assistance.

These guys are incredible, super sweet but firm. They really do care and take the time to answer your questions. They are straight to the point and don’t sugar coat anything. If it weren’t for my young German Shepherd’s training here I’d be in a very bad situation and having to give up a dog I love. About 6 months ago I moved into an apartment with my small child and still going strong! There were a few hiccups getting the dog adjusted to a completely different living situation and our trainer was easy to get a hold of and issues were fixed on the spot! I would recommend this company to everyone total life changers.
