Dog Training Elite has been a huge blessing for myself, my wife, and our two pups, Asher and Jaxson. Asher has always had aggression issues and Jaxson has always been scared of his own shadow. These training sessions have showed us that Jaxson is dependent on Asher and that Asher feels like he has to protect Jaxson. Today, we have much more control over Asher and can finally trust to bring him into public settings. He is even letting people approach Jaxson without issue! Jaxson is so much more brave, and is comfortable being around people and other dogs. The best part is, we get to continue going to group sessions every Saturday, and can contact Dog Training Elite any time our pups need extra help. Asher and Jaxson will continue to grow! I’ve always had Dobermans—very smart, very focused dogs—so when I adopted Lilly, my energetic Goldendoodle, I honestly wasn’t sure she could learn much. When I first started training with Dog Training Elite Emerald Coast, I was honestly overwhelmed. Kora is reactive, and there were days I felt discouraged and unsure if we’d ever feel “normal” out in public. After Kora was attacked in February of 2025, I thought her career as a service dog was over. From day one, Tina and her staff met us with patience and zero judgment. Tina didn’t just hand me a list of commands — she helped me understand my dog. She taught me how to read Kora, how to advocate for her, and how to build her confidence instead of just correcting behavior. This past week, Kora passed her Canine Good Citizen test and earned her first title. I walked into that test nervous because while I know how far we’ve come, I still had doubts in myself. Watching Kora work confidently and walk out with that title meant more than I can put into words. Because of Tina and her crew, I have begun to slowly see my dog step back into service dog work. She has a renewed interest in working, she’s excited to go out in public, and my trust and confidence in her ability has improved immensely. This didn’t happen overnight. It took consistency, guidance, and a trainer who truly cared about our progress. I’m so grateful we found this company, and I recommend them to anyone who feels like they’re in the “hard stage” with their dog. Tina was amazing! She worked with us on our tight time constraints. The leash pulling and reactivity to people has improved significantly. If you’re considering training for your pup I highly recommend dog training elite emerald coast!

They are amazing, I could have not found a better dog training facility. I brought Riley in for puppy training and a year later for obedience training. Her obedience training was 3 weeks, lifetime group training once a week and the cost was 3,361. Some family and friends asked didn't I think that was expensive and I said "NO" not for the training and knowledge Riley and I have received. Riley knows all her training / commands and behaves so well at home and especially out in public. Most people waste three thousand dollars or more every year on all kinds of stuff they don't need or does not last long. Riley's training will last us her whole life, so yes it was worth every penny. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and loves dogs. Tina, I can not thank you and your staff enough. Thank You.

I just completed the obedience training program at Dog Training Elite with my Belgian Malinois, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the very first session, the trainers were professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They didn’t just focus on teaching commands—they empowered me as the owner with the tools and techniques to reinforce the training at home, building a stronger bond and real confidence in everyday situations. My Pup has transformed from pulling on the leash and getting easily distracted to walking calmly at heel, responding reliably to commands (even off-leash in distracting environments), and just being an all-around joy to be around. The combination of in-home sessions and group classes was perfect for progressing from basics to real-world application. What stood out most was the genuine care the team showed for both dogs and owners—they’re supportive, responsive, and truly passionate about what they do. We brought home our puppy Summit in October of 2024 and by May 2025 were so overwhelmed by her energy, difficulty walking on a leash and overall ability to follow commands. We desperately reached out to Dog Training Elite and they were able to start working with us right away. We started seeing results immediately when we implemented what we learned. We’ve done training at home, parks, stores and in groups and all of it has helped Summit (and us!) build confidence when in public. We love her so much but now we truly enjoy and trust each other everywhere we go. Tina is so kind, passionate about her work, patient and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff have also been easy to talk to and wonderful to work with. Every interaction with Dog Training Elite in Panama City has been amazing and informative. Dog Training Elite are great. Did wonders on my GSP Piper. She would run off and didn’t know any simple commands. Now we go on walks off leash and she knows many commands. Well worth the time and money.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dog Training Elite. The training that they’ve provided have turned our wild rescue pup into a well behaved pooch. They have several different levels of training that they offer. We opted for 3 weeks of training camp followed by four in home training sessions and then group sessions for the life of our pup. Yes - you heard that correct - for the life of the pup. We’re able to take Molly to restaurants and bars and she is more well behaved than some of the customers! Another thing that was an added bonus is training your pup really helps you bond. We had no idea. I guess at this point we are well trained as well..lol

Dog Training Elite is the best! After 8 private sessions, my dog has seen significant improvements! It used to be impossible to take her on a walk, but now we can do so comfortably with minimal pulling. She has also learned many other helpful commands including sit, down, and coming when she is called. Tina and her team of trainers are patient and polite, treating every dog like family and helping owners achieve their desired goals for their pups. They do an amazing job of accommodating both the client’s and pet’s needs throughout the training process, creating a schedule and timeline that best meets an individual’s unique circumstances. Amazing price and service. Assisted with reactivity in one dog and fear of dogs with the other dog. There is still work to do everyday but definitely gave the correct tools to do the work and help them be successful. All the trainers are amazing. Best thing we did.

Tina (and her staff) have been great to work with and are especially good at meeting us "where we are" in our dog journey. :-) This has been both figuratively and literally. We have livestock guardian dogs, which are a distinct breed from most. Tina has helped us achieve our personal goals and has been willing to meet us at various locations to accomplish these objectives. Dog Training Elite Panama City is absolutely incredible!! I started my mini dachshund, Woody, here at 12 weeks old in the puppy training. The trainers had Woody sitting, doing down, coming on command, among many other commands within the first week! Sunnee has been especially incredible as we moved to in-home training. She’s very calm and gentle with her training, but highly effective. My pup absolutely loves her. I recommend Dog Training Elite for your dog training needs! Dog training elite has been a tremendous help and a great experience. Lily has been absolutely wonderful and patient with scheduling and rescheduling. Sunnee our trainer was a pleasure to work with. She's very knowledgeable and, passionate about the training and, ensuring you get the results you desire. We noticed a difference in Val after the first session. We had a late session one evening and Val was tired. We put her in place, and she decided she was done for the day. She went to the back of her doghouse and would not come out. Sunnee climbed right in there and brought her back out. We knew then Sunnee took her job serious. Sonnee will be respectful and talk soft, but she doesn't have a problem keeping the owner and dog involved with the training. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! About a year ago when our family wanted to get a puppy, we knew training was something we wanted to invest in. After searching the local area for pet trainers, we came across Dog training elite and decided to call and set up a tour. We have never had a puppy before and wanted to make sure we were setting our new addition up for success and boy have we!! Our now 1 year old Corgi has been with DTE for about 10 months and has been such an angel with commands, tricks and obedience than we could've imagined she'd be. DTE from the beginning has been so kind to our family and our pup. They have been there for any questions we have had, addressed concerns we've had promptly with our pup, provides a drop in dog camp for our girl to continue to be shown love, training and playtime with her best friends. DTE will always be a part of our journey. The whole experience we've had so far is far more valuable than money.

Dog Training Elite has the best trainers around-- my Goldendoodle (and I!) went through two weeks of training, and it changed my relationship with him for the better. He's more obedient, more respectful of others, and I feel like I can take him anywhere without worrying about his behavior around other people. He loves his trainers, Sunny and Jeremiah! After his training was completed, he passed his Canine Good Citizen test, and he is on the way to being a therapy dog. I highly recommend Dog Training Elite!
