Boxer Dog Training

The DTE team worked with my reactive german shepherd and I. They were extremely patient, helpful, and willing to adapt to our needs. They helped both my dog and myself gain the confidence we needed to continue our training, and they gave us the tools and knowledge I needed to redefine my dog and I's relationship. They also were very accommodating with scheduling. Would definitely recommend!

We have been working with them to train my daughters Autism service dog and it has been a great. There is so much to do to get him ready and they are knowledgeable, kind and supportive. It is worth every penny to see my daughter blossom with her dog.

Ollie is a changed dog! Can’t say enough how much we both have changed along this journey. There are not enough positive words to speak about Ally, Stephanie and Ramiro who helped guide us along the way. After eight weeks we are able to walk thru the park with no reactivity!!! Even more importantly we have both have gained confidence and trust in each other. Because of their help Ollie’s life is enriched without a doubt. We are both excited to start group class and continue to grow. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Dog Training Elite and our trainer John. We were training a 13-month-old terrier and we were beginning his journey to become a service dog. John was very focused on our dog's strengths and areas where he needed improvement and he designed the lessons, and our homework, around our dog and my needs, as his handler. Over these months, our dog has made huge strides and has passed his tests required to become a licensed service animal and with each week our dog's confidence in his role and our confidence in him across a wide array of contexts has increased. I can't speak highly enough of John and I can't thank him enough. It is important for people who are seeking to train a service dog to be very invested in the process and do their homework and be super consistent with training. We felt so well supported by Dog Training Elite and we highly recommend them.

Clayton is super patient and great at communicating. I like that he's very honest and helpful . I really enjoyed my dogs training session walking my dog will be less of a hassle now. He also saved my dog from an attack I swear Clayton is the best

Kristi and Jeremy are amazing trainers! I love that they have put my dog to the test and he is now able to do things other trainers have told us he would not be able to do! I highly recommend Dog Training Elite for everyone and I will definitely be sending every other dog I get to Kristi for training.

Chris with Dog Training Elite has really helped me get control of both of my bully mixes. He is very professional and his techniques have made me and my wife more confident to take my dogs out into the world.

Taylor has taught me the value of HEEL command and it couldn’t have come at a better time. My worn out shoulder is giving away so to not have the tugging is wonderful. I even walked my Lincoln today and the swing in the leash caused me to have a happy dance. And lots and lots of GOOD BOYS were given.

If you are looking for a great dog training experience, look no further!!! I enrolled my two-year-old Golden Retriever and saw results on the first day. I cannot say enough positive things about the Dog Training Elite team!!! Kristi, Jeremy, and Erin are all amazing professionals who are extremely knowledgable and also give encouragement and support (both to you and your dog) throughout the whole training process. 100000/10 recommend!!!!!!!

Extremely helpful with our puppy training

This was the very best dog training session I've ever come across! Clayton, our dog training was absolutely great! He was very knowledgeable about dogs and knows exactly what it takes to get a dog on track in any area of training! I would absolutely recommend this company and Clayton, to anyone who needs help understanding their dogs, etc. He gave us so many great tips and explained so much to me that helped me understand just where my dog was and what he needed moving forward. Definitely will be using this company again!

Thank you to Josh & crew - human and canine! From the initial consultation and demonstration with Lexi & Mocha to our first group class, Josh & crew have been supportive and helpful. I knew this was the right place for Finley. My breaking point was when Finley pulled me down injuring my hand while a jogger went past. I could not take anymore! I signed up Finley for the 2 week program. The first time I picked him up from class, I saw improvement. I was surprised! The best part was being able to practice with Finley what was learned that day before leaving the building. Josh & crew saw a good dog with great training potential when I saw frustration. They truly love training dogs and educating their owners. Like any relationship, the pet-owner bond needs daily work and our walks incorporated all the lessons we learned in the classes. I learned about dog behavior from Josh and his words of wisdom helped me to build confidence in Finley and myself. Attending Josh’s group classes allows me to work with Finley around other dogs in a supervised setting and we continue to learn new things. Does Finley behave perfectly all the time? No - but I now have the tools and knowledge to spot the triggers and correct the behavior. Do I have any regrets? Yes - I wish I called sooner! Seriously. I accepted bad behavior as normal because I did not know how to correct it. Now I know what a behaved dog should be! Thanks again DTE!

We are so glad we used Dog Training Elite for our rottie! He was a loving 1-year old, with more spirit than we could handle, and his size and lack of recall was getting to be dangerous, for him and us. Thankfully they curbed his stubbornness and now we can all exist safely and happily in the same house!
