I have a 8 year old Pitbull and she grew up with 2 dogs and 2 cats that are no longer around. So whenever she sees a dog or cat she’s barking and wanting to go say hello (bark) to where it’s an issue. I kept seeing Craig’s truck so I gave him a call and he has helped us tremendously. I take her everywhere with me now and under control. To be honest, I really didn’t have high hopes going into this, considering her age. But Craig definitely knows what he’s doing.

I’ve had a great experience with Craig while training Cairo. While training can be challenging since Cairo has a huge puppy brain, Craig has helped to teach and provide the resources needed to ensure Cairo’s obedience and ability to the service dog test. Cairo is an extra large puppy that is mixed with Cane Corso, German Shepherd, and Husky so it is extra important in choosing a trainer that can help you breakthrough barriers that may be associated with breeds that have a bit more attitude (or are drama queens like Cairo lol). Craig is patient and knowledgeable and makes training a fun process!

We have a female Belgian Malinois and started training at about 5-6 months old. She was a rescue so we had little knowledge about her parents, she is now just over a year old and become an excellent pup. We did need at home sessions with Craig but she took well to the training almost instantaneously. She is still a bit reactive in specific scenarios but is now under control. While we have had plenty of dogs in the past, this was our first Belgian and we’re glad we got professional help early…her drive, energy, and want to work are amazing but needed some guidance and control.

I am very happy with the results of my Irish Doodle training, it is giving excellent results, apart from the classes having the opportunity of group meetings in the park and training there are being very helpful for him and form me too. I recommend 💯 this school.

I would highly recommend Dog training Elite north Orlando! We worked with Craig the trainer and our 8year old pitty. Before training with them our dog was very reactive and mouthy when she would see other dogs wanting to play with them (we pretty much couldn’t take her anywhere) So we did the 1 on 1 home training first. & now She attends the group classes! She goes everywhere with us! She is so good on our walks & Listens very well! I will say it is a 2 sided road you Must also put in the work with your pup and be Consistent! So if you are on the fence about hiring them, go ahead and do it you won’t regret it!

Had our first training session with Maria today and she handled our 100lb Rottweiler beautifully. She was able to analyze and understand his temperament, and explained how everything work beautifully and even threw in a bit of humor as well, because training your dog can be a stressful experience. It was just the first day but I’m glad we booked the lifetime package, because I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Our golden (Remus) did the platinum program ( basic/advance obedience) to help prepare him for intro into service dog training. 10/10 recommend and cannot thank the staff enough ! Chelsea, Cheyenne, and Maria are excellent dog trainers. Upon meeting them you instantly know working with dogs is their passion. My little puggle, Maggie, is adorable but was a “hot mess” when it came to behavior. Maria worked with us in home and within a few lessens she was much better behaved. She loves people and didn’t understand that not everyone loves her, her jumping on people has stopped. The group walks in Winter Garden and obedience training in Phelps has helped further improve her listening and behavior. She’s learned how to behave around other dogs and people. I’m considering taking her training to the next level with their therapy dog training. I highly recommend this team for your dog training needs.

I contacted Dog Training Elite Orlando for a one-on-one (1-hour, in-home) training session, to help ensure my dog and I were ready for our CGCA exam next week (my girl passed her CGC exam last month). My main concern was loose leash walking, an exam killer! Trainer Maria observed my dog on her Martingale collar, and then observed her on a slip lead. She showed me the overall differences between the two options, and she clearly outlined my dog's behavior differences on each of them. Ultimately, both me and my dog were more confident as a team on the slip lead. Trainer Maria was promptly on time, she was kind, she was knowledgeable, and so helpful. She clearly loves dogs, and has a passion for what she does. She was truly amazing. I highly recommend Dog Training Elite in Orlando. Craig Fizer and his team have been outstanding in providing guidance with training, and instilling confidence in me and my three year old German Shepherd dog. She had some basic obedience training as a puppy, but due to a heart problem, and lots of down time and hospitals, she had very little training or socialization for most of her life. She became highly reactive to other dogs. After a few personal sessions for obedience at our home, Craig started introducing her to other dogs, and showing me how to manage situations. Everything is gradual and controlled, and she is now participating in group sessions and pack walks. She gains more confidence with each session. I am very happy with the results we are achieving. It’s been a great experience.

Martini loves maria. She is doing really well with the training. We are looking forward to our group classes. I know Martini will really benefit from them.

I’m amazed how far my pups have come in just 5 sessions! I was at my wits end thinking that my only option was to rehome one of my dogs. The aggressive behavior between two of our dogs had made our home a battleground with fights that could become bloody. They’ve now learned to be in the same room and not tear into each other. We are enjoying our time together and are so grateful that we didn’t give up on them. Cheyenne has taught us how to utilize teachable moments and create opportunities to maximize each of our pups different motivators. We also learned how to divert their energy into productive activities that help to keep them happier and less bored. They are “different” dogs and the anxiety level in our home has decreased significantly. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t give up on your dogs! I’ve learned as much or more than my dogs have, and I’m so grateful that I found Dog Training Elite.

Cheyanne and the DTE staff are amazing!!!! DTE has been nothing but exceptional in regards to training Maverick and I. They are extremely talented and we are constantly learning and sustaining new advanced and challenging tasks and skills.

Cheyenne and Keri took time to bond with my dogs before training began. They were peaceful and kind- demonstrating, evaluating, and providing great suggestions to help us learn to communicate and give better guidance to our furbabies. We had Maria for our second session and she was great. She provided knowledge and understanding for some of the different behaviors from my very reactive dog. We have seen improvements with both of our pups and with ourselves. DTE Orlando is wonderful.

Cheyenne has been great to work with. Our primary goal was reliable off-leash recalls. Our Newfoundland "knew" his commands, but only did them when he felt like it and he definitely never felt like coming when called! Our dog was not a super quick learner, but Cheyenne was steady and patient. The transformation has been amazing. We can hike off leash, he doesn't run up to other dogs or people and he comes when called--even when there's something very interesting I want him to leave. Definitely recommend!

I first met Craig after countless attempts and years of efforts of finding a service dog. Craig went above and beyond to help me eventually be paired with Shay. Upon meeting Shay, I knew that she was an extremely well trained girl (as she was trained by Craig for more than a year) and that will help me as soon as she completed her service task training. Craig and his team worked with me to identify all the ways in which Shay will assist in time of need. Not only was her training impeccable, but he also made himself readily available (even after moving out of state) to answer any and all of my questions. I am happy to share that Shay is a working service dog that accompanies me everywhere and is there for me in my time of medical need. Dog training elite is the real deal! Make the investment. I took my first dog to 2 different trainers (over 12 weeks of classes) and nothing stuck. We recently adopted a second dog and hired dog training elite and I wish I started with them from the start. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and talented. If you are on the fence just go for it you will not be disappointed.

I adopted Sarsie from a shelter when she was about one year old. She’s always been extremely sweet but she was anxious, quite stubborn, and sometimes reactive to people and other dogs. I have never been so impressed by a dog training company before these guys. When I first started thinking about a service dog, I had no idea what it would be like. I cannot say enough about Dog Training Elite Orlando! One month ago we had a 3 month old puppy who was biting everything, jumping on everything (furniture, counters, people) and was only interested in chewing on our blankets, socks, shoes, and couch, and was completely uninterested in his toys. One month and 4 in-home training sessions later and we have THE happiest, most well-behaved boy who loves his toys AND loves training! Cheyenne and Maria have both been amazing and the results speak for themselves. Best decision we ever made! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This company is by far the greatest I have ever come across during my 15 years of owning dogs. Maria was my trainer for my dog Cairo, she is always on time and is very knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues with her not showing up or feeling like my money was wasted on any of the training days. The company is very flexible with options depending on what you need and that’s helped me out greatly due to my work schedule. We just finished the advanced obedience training and will be moving on to the service dog training soon. My dog has made vast improvements since I started this program and I am very excited to start the next phase of his training.

When I contacted Dod Training Elite I was desperate because my baby Neo was so crazy. He would jump on people, bark at everything and everyone, walk on two paws pulling on his leash, hide when it was time to get him in his crate and so many other things. As soon as the first class we did with Maria we noticed a huge change on Neo. He immediately started listening to us and with each class things got better and better. One thing I was hesitating at first was using the training collar because I was scared it would hurt Neo. Maria was so helpful to explain how it worked and without the collar I don’t think we would have been able to train him. Besides Maria everyone else is so helpful and friendly. They always answer all my questions and communicate in the best way possible. A huge plus is the group classes on Saturdays because that’s extra training Neo gets with other dogs and the classes are so well organized. I highly recommend them!

Maria was our trainer and did amazing with our dog Lambeau. He now listens to all the commands we’ve worked on and can go back on taking walks as a family. Look forward to our future vacations with our pup and all thanks to Maria and Elite Dog Training! We highly highly recommend it’s life changing!

We are so unbelievably happy we went through with dog training with Dog Training Elite. One of our dogs had some scary reactivity issues that had us considering rehoming him and the other was a puppy with no manners. Today we have two dogs who are able to stay on their place and focus on us when new people come into our house. Barely even a bark!! Craig is an amazing dog trainer who brings such a calm energy to us and our dogs when we start to get stressed out. Within 5 weeks of Craig coming to our house, our dogs are completely different. We were also really impressed with that lack of a sales pitch Craig gave us on our first meeting. We looked into a few different training facilities and Craig felt the most upfront with what he recommended (not like he was looking for more money) which was a nice change of pace. We can’t recommend Craig and this company as a whole more, worth every penny.

My three French Bulldogs were transformed with the professional one-on-one behavioral training of Dog Training Elite. DTE provides techniques which are easy to practice with your pups and very effective. All three of my Frenchies have mastered several essential commands in a short period of time. Most importantly to me, I can now walk all 3 of my Frenchies without them pulling me. Walks are now enjoyable and much longer since they are not pulling and getting out of breath. I highly recommend DTE for training any pup needing behavioral modification.

Dog Training Elite is amazing! Our dogs were jumping and barking. They knew a few commands but would not stay in place. We have a Border and two Labs and a lot of energy. Maria came out to our home and the first day we saw a difference! She is awesome and you can tell she loves what she is doing. Thanks Maria for the great training and kindness to our dogs.

Hands down the best dog trainers out there! They take the time to figure out your dog and you/your family to tailor the training to fit perfectly. We love our trainer, Craig! He drove over an hour to complete training sessions with us on many occasions. My puppy loved him and learned so much from him. He turned my puppy into a well-behaved dog. I am so grateful for everything he's taught me! I feel I can use the knowledge I've acquired with my future pets.

I can’t recommend Craig and the rest of the team at DTE N. Orlando. Craig came in at a time we needed him the most with our 2 shelter dogs, with two very different temperaments. He is extremely patient with both, and dedicated to seeing them succeed. Craig and Miriam are an amazing team, working with the handle and dog. I personally was in need of a great deal of help to train my service dog to do multiple tasks. I followed their directives, today I have a life again. Through the training my dog, I able to live life to the fullest whether it be going to the mall, hospital, church or grocery shopping my service dog is there working right beside me to handle any task he is called upon. 3 months ago my fiancè and I came across dog training elite on the internet. We were having obedience issues with our at the time 8 month old golden retriever cooper. We were definitely blown away from the initial consultation, and we ended up getting trining for our year and a half old Shiba Inu Nala as well! We were blessed with Maria as our babies instructor, and let me tell you she was the most professional person when it came down to what the training involved, and held us extremely accountable which in end made all of the difference for our kids. I would recommend Dog Training Elite to any and everybody, especially if you’re seeking overall guidance in your current, and future obedience training. 👍🏽

Craig is a definite must as a trainer if you need help with your dog. I HIGHLY recommend his company, Craig is professional, patient, kind and courteous with not only your beloved dog, but also you the owner. I cannot say enough about Dog Training Elite. We knew we had the potential of a great dog in our Ozzie but we needed help in reassuring him that we had things under control so that he could relax and not be so reactive and Maria with her home visits and Chelsea and Cheyenne with the groups classes helped us do just that. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been a complete lifestyle change for us. He’s great on walks, can be around other dogs without reacting, and we can take him with us to the park and kids activities on the weekends. This program is worth every penny and has allowed Ozzie to live out his full potential. I highly recommend!

Love Dog Training Elite! Our dog, Fiddler, began being unpredictable with other dogs and pulled on the leash like crazy, so it was difficult to take her anywhere. Now, thanks to Dog Training Elite, we can take Fiddler on all of our adventures without any worry! Fiddler loves it!

Dog training Elite was top Kotch. We loved working one on one with Maria! She was calm and friendly. Gave us all her expertise with training our little mini Goldendoodle Kopper. Update 6/18/24: I am incredibly grateful for Dog Training Elite Orlando. The progress has been remarkable, and their support is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, they are always available to help Ella (my dog) and me navigate through it. Ella is now 11 months. Chelsea, Cheyenne, and Maria are amazing. My 5-month-old Golden Retriever is thriving, and it's all thanks to them. As a service dog in training, she is receiving the best care and guidance from this team. I am extremely appreciative of their dedication and expertise.

Chelsea and Cheyenne from Dog Training Elite were incredible. I have a dog, Bama, that I was nervous to even sign up for training due to his fear-based aggression, especially with strangers. Long story short he is a rescue that was abused most of his younger life. He only likes 5 people. His life is very limited because of this. Chelsea put all my worries at ease. She came well equipped with different tools so that we could move past the aggression and actually focus on training. She wasn't even phased by his behavior and was incredibly professional and helpful. After a few sessions, Chelsea even brought her own dog so we could work on Bama’s reactivity. She literally thought of everything and made it so seamless and 100% worthwhile. I have gone through many different training companies- the whole board and train, a dog “therapist,” I’ve even tried medication. You name it I’ve tried it. I’ve spent so much money looking for help for him. And this is the first time I felt I actually got it! I am so thankful for the work they did with him, all the ways they taught me how to continue to train with him, and the breakthroughs we have continued to experience even after the 1 on 1 training ended. I feel like his life is slowly starting to open up and he’s going to be able to actually live a worthwhile life thanks to them and their help. I really can’t say enough good things about their team and recommend them to everyone I know!

We reached out to this lovely group of trainers to assist us with basic training for our two pups, we also learned from them about advanced training for one of our pups to better assist me (the hubby) with my PTSD, anxiety and a couple other issues from my deployments since one of our pups were naturally already alerting in her own way to me when I was having issues. We didn’t realize that we had reached out to an amazing team that has helped us step by step even on bad days get to where we are today with certain things, they have grown on us so much there like family and will furever be in the pack guiding us even further down the line. Mrs Maria was are main in home trainer and with her help and time we learned simple things to make lives challenges easier, don’t get me wrong the Bosses are amazing too and seeing them at group helped us out in other ways that made training fun and easy not like some job. All I know is without this amazing team we wouldn’t be doing some of the things I struggle with and making it a little easier at night. My dog is a rescue puppy and had every issue in the book. Dog Training elite implemented structure and obedience into my hazel and she’s never been better. Cannot recommended enough to friends and family.

We researched quite a few training programs and since choosing Dog training Elite Orlando they have been amazing! Maria has been our at home trainer and she is very kind, informative, patient and funny at times. We just went to our first group training and it was very interactive and you get to see other dogs on all levels of training. Sarge is learning a lot and is becoming a very well behaved boy.
