We took our puppy here to learn basic manners and obedience and they exceeded our expectation! In just 1 month our puppy has not only learned the commands but knows to listen when we give commands. Every dollar is well spent with Elite Northeast Dog Training. Brianna was amazing! Incredible how much 8 sessions can change a dogs behavior! Our dog was a good dog but just needed some things trained out of him and Brianna was able to help us train him to be a well behaved boy. He even passed his K-9 good citizenship test a week early! Highly recommend! They may be a little more expensive, but it is well worth it! You get what you pay for and Dog Training Elite is a perfect example of that. We will be recommending them to anyone looking for help with training their dogs.

Everyone at Dog Training Elite Northeast was knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful! We looked for training because our new rescue rottweiler mix puppy was showing signs of aggression towards our 3 y/o lab as well as new people and dogs. We were so worried we wouldn't be able to solve the problem, and had never used any e-collar training before. We were initially nervous but Brianna made the entire experience comfortable, loved our dogs, and moved totally at our pace. It's like night and day! Now our girls are confident, well-trained, and we feel confident having our friends come into the house and taking them out and about. We are so happy we went with Elite after reaching out to multiple trainers in the area. We were given different options for how to go about training; in public, at their facility, or in our own home. It made it very convenient and helpful to train in different environments with our dog. Ramiro was a great trainer, not just for our skeptical dog, but also as worrisome owners. He explained each step and helped us and our dog work together to help us be more confident in public and having visitors over. Being a rescue, our dog has a tendency to be on high alert but training has helped him trust us and relax.

We took our Labrador to Dog Training Elite and we had a fantastic experience. Our boy was already pretty well-behaved and tempered, but we wanted to ensure he was a good listener, knew important commands, and get him used to distractions, new people, new places, etc so that we could count on him to operate well in all kinds of circumstances. Ramiro was so great to work with, Chubbs learned so much and is such an incredible companion thanks to Elite’s help. Would definitely recommend working with them!

We knew our German Shepherd had all the potential but didn’t know where to start. We were worried at 3 years old he would be too set in his ways, but Ramiro assured us that was not the case. After 8 weeks we have a completely different dog, who I feel confident walking, having guests around, and taking into public. We were given all of the tools and just had to be consistent and apply them on a daily basis. We’re really excited to continue our journey, join classes, and keep Max working. Can’t recommend Elite Training enough, worth the expense to go from stressed to confident and educated.

We reached out to Dog Training Elite after failed attempts with trying to use a standard shock collar to decrease resource guarding. Hannah was so helpful and patient with training us and our dog, Dewey to respect his e-collar, improve his obedience with his recall skills, and even reduce his resource guarding with food around other dogs - something we didn’t believe he would ever be able to achieve! He’s still hesitant with other dogs in his personal space but has improved so much with his ability to respond to his commands to create a better peace of mind for all of us. We can’t thank Dog Training Elite and Hannah enough!

When we first began looking into training for our 10-month-old golden retriever puppy, Crew, we were primarily seeking help with basic commands and obedience. After reading several positive reviews online, I reached out to Dog Training Elite and connected with Brianna. She walked me through the available training packages with great detail and a clear understanding of our situation. The glowing customer service reviews couldn’t have been more accurate. We ultimately chose the In-Facility Platinum package, which included a four-day training camp in Bellevue, WI, along with four in-home sessions. One area we were particularly anxious about was how Crew would handle crate training at camp. He had not been crate trained at home and had shown signs of anxiety at times. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Each day after camp, Crew came home happy and more responsive to the trained commands than the day before. The in-home sessions further reinforced his listening and obedience skills. It’s clear how much Brianna and the entire DTE team care about the dogs they train—Crew lights up every time he sees her. We’re also proud to share that Crew successfully completed his AKC Canine Good Citizen test, thanks to the coaching and support from Brianna and the DTE team. When we first reached out for training, we never imagined he would achieve such a milestone. I would highly recommend Dog Training Elite to anyone in need of obedience training for their dog. We’ll definitely be returning for group classes and with future pets!

When we started we were very anxious on if any of this would work with our dog. Im happy to say after his 2 months hes had huge improvements compared to the last two years. Although his reactivity will be a process to work through, he has learned so much from Ramiro! His walks are longer and a lot calmer then they used to be , he listens and focuses on me now instead of every distraction. We could take down our black outs from our windows and he just lays down and watches outside instead of jumping on the window going crazy at other dogs and people most of the time. Hes more relaxed and over all attitude has changed for the better. This company even has group class with all of the dogs they've trained and im so excited to take dax (my dog) to them and socialize more with being around other dogs and people. After about a one and a half sessions , Dax went from going crazy and lunging at Ramiro to absolutely loving him. Dax hears his voice and immediately butt wiggles over to him. I was weary for sure , but over all it was a great experience and we fully trust Ramiro and love the amount of care and help provided to us in this training course! If I could give 100 stars I would! My husband and I got a lot of training as well , so he trained three of us for the price of one. 😁

Ramiro is our trainer for Charlie, our mini goldendoodle who is working towards being our son's service dog. Charlie completed puppy training and platinum obedience training with Ramiro. The lessons and tasks were paced perfectly for our family and Charlie to learn. Ramiro was very helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have found Dog Training Elite NE WI. Ramiro was absolutely amazing to work with. Both of our dogs were rescues that we brought into our family as puppies. Unfortunately, we started to experience some jealousy and resourcing guarding and knew we needed help. We had tried other trainers and were almost considering rehoming when we decided to reach out to Dog Training Elite. From there, our experience has been nothing but amazing. We adopted our dog in September and after getting her settled in we started the search for a trainer with experience with Belgian Malinois. Our dog had loads of anxiety and was very fearful of men. Dog Training Elite and Marcy? Awesome! We've been super happy with our experience at Dog Training Elite, and especially with our trainer, Marcy. We brought Kramer in because his recall was a bit of a nightmare, and he was really into jumping on people. Honestly, thanks to Marcy's hard work and knowledge, Kramer's like a whole new dog! Marcy seriously went the extra mile. She spent tons of extra time with Kramer, making sure he really got what she was teaching. Plus, she made sure we understood how to keep up the training at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and their families. And her flexibility with scheduling and how she approached things made everything so much easier for us. Kramer's listening way better now, and his recall is awesome. We're still working on the jumping, but it's definitely much better than before. Overall, he's just a happier, more well-behaved guy. If you're looking for a dog trainer who's patient, knows her stuff, and really invests in your dog's success, you absolutely have to check out Marcy at Dog Training Elite!

We feel so lucky we found Elite Dog Training NE. Our Rocky got so big so fast, he became unmanageable in our day to day life. Marcy was (and continues to be) a lifesaver in our Rocky adventure story. She is kind, patient, and always left us feeling confident that we CAN control our dog in any situation. Her approach to "training" is rooted in teaching the animal first, then holding them accountable for what they know. His biggest challenges were extinguished at our first session. Parts of the training process are hard and emotional, much like parenting...but the outcome has been so worth it. She always made sure we felt good about our progress and adjusted as needed. I have never witnessed this level of humanity placed on both the animal and the owner and it is truly amazing. We have since formed a more loving bond with our dog and wish everyone got the opportunity to experience life with a trained dog!

Ramiro is an effective and efficient trainer and clearly understands dogs behavior. Both of our dogs, young and old, finished with strong responses to commands. Ramiro designed our dogs specific needs for our rural home and trained both my husband and me to carry on at the end of our program. We are so pleased with the training we received for our dog Stella! My fiancé and I signed Stella up for training after experiencing some reactivity toward my dog as well as on walks. Before we started training, we were on edge a lot because we never knew when Stella might show aggression toward my dog. I also didn’t feel comfortable walking Stella by myself because of her leash manners and reactivity toward people and other dogs on walks. Each week we worked with Marcy on teaching our dog some basic commands and how to correct unwanted behaviors. Marcy did a great job explaining to us what we needed to do and why. We have seen such an improvement with Stella! We know how to handle different behaviors now and I am able to take her on walks independently which I didn’t think would be possible. The training was so worth it, we would definitely recommend Dog Training Elite!

Very understanding and always had great insight and tips to handle any issue we threw at her. We have a 10 month old Doberman named Tito that started showing signs of aggression and reactivity with other dogs and people. We were frustrated and in desperate need of training for Tito and for ourselves as well. Our training experience with Ramiro exceeded our expectations with the very first lesson. Dog training elite is a must for all dog owners. We adopted a very shy puppy from the humane society and she would barely get out from underneath the kitchen table. We just finished a GREAT training course for our “too smart” blue heeler. Finding the right program for her was our biggest concern. And with a young family at home, we had to get it right the first time. Ramiro was great with her. He knew exactly how she needed to be trained to get the best results out of her. Each class was more for us and what we needed to do, than for her. We left each class impressed with our teamwork and the growing strength of our bond. He showed us how to work with her intelligence and kept her engaged the whole hour. She is already a new dog after 6 short weeks. He gave us all the tools we needed to continue her future training. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! My dog Bulma was the shyest, timid dog who struggled with fear reactivity. We took her to see the trainers at Dog Training Elite and in just 2 short weeks she is a completely new dog. We looked at a few other trainers in the Green Bay and Fox Valley area and from the beginning I was very impressed with the level of detail and care the trainers showed. We signed Bulma up for the 4 day platinum plus package and we had the joy of working with Brianna. She was so sweet and so kind to our timid girl and by day 2 Bulma was giving her kisses and wagging her tail. By day 4 I have a completely different dog. She doesn’t pull or bark when other dogs are walking by she listens and the biggest thing is her confidence is growing. We have to put the work in to keep making strides with Bulma but I can’t thank Brianna and the whole team at Dog Training Elite enough.

My shy and timid dog, Emmie, made incredible strides thanks to Ramiro’s patience and guidance. I was initially hesitant on what type of training Emmie would need, but with Ramiro’s experience with shy dogs I knew I was in the best hands. Emmie gradually started to come out of her shell, and I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve seen. I would highly recommend Ramiro to anyone working with a shy or fearful dog. I went from a dog who was literally scared of anything to a dog being able to walk in a store and be ok with sniffing an unknown persons hand. Ramiro’s training consisted of using a prong collar and an E collar, and with those two tools I was able to completely see a difference in my dog.

We assumed he had become aggressive but quickly into his training it was clear that he was just scared. We stopped bringing him places and felt very sad and defeated. We have 2 small children and knew this wouldn’t work long term with them wanting friends over to play someday. We were worried that we could possibly waste our money if the training didn’t work but that definitely was not the case! Seeing our baby boy transform before our eyes has been an incredible feeling and we just feel so proud!! It has been worth every penny! This team was amazing! Stephany came over and got me comfortable with the collar and spent an hour with me! It made a huge difference in just a weekend. Then 4 days in person classes for Simon and he is a new dog! Brianna was amazing! She loved on Simon like he was her own. I am more confident with his training. We didn't have the best experience getting our older dog trained. But my mom recommended dog training elite for our doberman shepherd puppy. I can't thank them enough! Luna is so much better behaved since completing the in center training camp. I cant wait to see how she is after our in home and group classes! We have 3 dogs; a lab, pitbull and Belgian Malinois, we noticed that our dogs weren’t always behaving relaxed with one another and our Malinois was growing more and more anxious, nervous and apprehensive of people, places and dogs. We didn’t want it to become an escalated issue and wanted to provide our dog Odin the support he deserved. We contacted Dog Training Elite and Ramiro came to our house met all of our dogs and provided us with information, suggestions, a plan and most importantly the confidence that these concerns are correctable, and do not make our boy a “bad dog.” We signed up that day and elected for the hybrid training that took place in center and at our home. We felt it was best for Odin as it forced him outside of his comfort zone and forced him to interact with not only strangers but also unfamiliar places. He did so well and excelled in the program, he was born to be given structure and commands and Ramiro, Stephany and Brianna did just that! Our experience with Ramiro and his team was 10/10. Our puppy trooper has come a long way since we first started training with Ramiro. Before training we had a pen for Trooper to keep him in when we were working or just needed to relax because if he was out he would essentially try to bite/nip at you, our furniture or would be in play mode 24/7. After just one training with Ramiro, Trooper was a completely different dog. After a week of training, we took the pen away and it has been smooth sailing since then. Not only was the training a success for Trooper but it was for my husband and I as well. Now we have the tools to keep training Trooper because Ramiro did such a great job of explaining everything to us. We are so excited that Trooper has graduated the program and can now go to the group classes. It is a great bonus to the platinum program and we're excited to be able to continue training Trooper! We had an excellent experience at Elite. We were referred to them through friends and we are very happy with the training, staff and the results we have seen. Our dog would run away when we called him. He had a hard time staying focused and we definitely had to have them on a leash at all times. Since completing the training, he’s a totally different dog. Our experience with Dog Training Elite Northeast Wisconsin has been nothing short of awesome! We brought our energetic, people loving dog Archie to them for help with basic obedience and some specific behavioral issues ( like excessive barking and jumping when meeting new people and some resource guarding). From the first day we were very impressed. Couldn't believe that he was able to place and stay just after day one, even when toys were thrown in front of him, he wouldn't budge and he LOVES toys. The trainers clearly understand dog behavior and were able to explain things to us in a way that made sense. They don't just tell you what to do but also why it is important, which helped us be more consistent with our dog training. They took the time to get to know Archie's personality and tailored their training methods to his specific needs. We enrolled in the platinum plus program and saw significant improvement in his behavior within just a few lessons. We learned valuable lessons and tequniques, such as heel and quiet, which really comes in handy when meeting new people. We were able to take our dog The Home Depot and walk around and meet new people and he did so good! He didn't bark or pull on the leash, which was the main reason we wanted to get training done. We had an amazing experience with Dog Training Elite! We started training with them when m our pup trooper was about 4 months old and had to keep him in a pen almost at all times because he wouldn’t listen or would try to bite you or eat anything in site. After just one lesson with Ramiro, Trooper was a whole new dog. After a week we took his pen down and have never looked back. Every training session was an awesome experience for us and our dog. We are now able to relax with Trooper, walk him on a heal and do so many things we weren’t able to before. Even after finishing the 8 week training program , we are still able to go to group classes and contact Ramiro whenever we have a question or need some more training. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Kylo, our 8 year old Golden Retriever earned his Canine Good Citizen award today! It was by chance that I met Ramiro and his team at Dog Training Elite. They were holding a group class at the park and I asked their opinion on help with an older dog. And I’m so glad I asked. Kylo’s unpredictable reactivity to other dogs was just one of his traits that couldn’t be corrected even after attending several different dog classes. Ramiro came to our house to meet us (a free evaluation). It didn’t take long to realize that this training would be different. We just completed the in-home portion of Rico's Platinum Obedience Package. DTE has been 100% the best investment we could have made with our boy, and we couldn't be happier with the results. With Rico being a purebred Rottweiler, his breed stigma, size, and our living situation in a larger condo community, it was important for us as confident owners to have a well-mannered big boy. Our trainer, Marcy, was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot say enough great things about her. She made training fun, tailored each session to Rico's specific goals, and challenged us with things to try between sessions. This really allowed our stubborn boy to excel. I was ecstatic when Rico passed his AKC Canine Good Citizen certification at only 7 months old! The number of compliments we receive out in public with Rico is unbelievable. We purchased the Platinum Obedience Package after we adopted our Kiki Pancake this past summer. We are experienced husky owners and Kiki was our fifth husky so we thought we could train her like our past huskies. Kiki proved us wrong. She is the epitome of a stubborn husky and too smart for her own good. I reached out to DTE and they responded quickly and we had a consultation set up within a week. Kiki started training in October and graduated her Platinum Obedience Program this week. The change in Kiki is unbelievable! She is a completely different dog. Kiki comes when we call her, she understands and performs basic and secondary commands, she stops unwanted behaviors when we tell her to and she walks like a little lady on a leash instead of dragging her mom through the neighborhood! When we initially had problems with her ecollar, Stephany came out the next day and worked with us to find options and alternatives that would work for her so we didn't lose training time. We are so incredibly grateful for Ramiro, Stephany and team and their hard work and dedication to our Kiki! They are so patient with our stubborn and defiant husky! It's a huge relief to not feel alone and to have support when you have a dog that knows how to push all your buttons! We adopted our second dog, Kora, a little over a year ago. She had a lot of energy and anxiety, and was a constant source of stress. She barked at visitors for hours, snapped at people, and was a nightmare on walks. She would urinate and chew things up whenever we left a room without her. We tried treat and clicker training on our own, but it seemed like she just was getting more anxious. We didn't feel comfortable bringing her anywhere like we do with our other dog, and were considering rehoming. Ramiro from Dog Training Elite was a game-changer. He patiently explained the root causes of Kora's behaviors and provided us with clear, effective training techniques. With his guidance, we were able to provide structure and help Kora become a more confident and well-behaved dog. Thanks to Ramiro's expertise, our dog is now a joy to be around. We just completed training (platinum package) of our Boxer Tiki. Tiki needed help with reactivity. We used trainers before, but never achieved any tangible results. We couldn’t have people at our house, the door bell triggered Tiki’s reactivity to the point that we couldn’t open the door. Dog Training Elite was our last resort. With Ramiro’s guidance we achieved great results. Ramiro is very patient, knowledgeable and has very commending presence. With Ramiro’s help we not just improved Tiki’s behavior. The whole experience help us to be better leaders for Tiki. When the door bell rings, now Tiki goes to his place, we can take him to the public places. It wasn’t possible before. Lizzie came to us as a 27 Lb 3 month old rescue and totally cute. Our intent was to give her our time and attention to be her best self. If all went well she would accompany me at work providing health care to seniors in their homes. This has been a blast! Training our rescue dog with Ramiro has been so successful, so much fun and something we strongly recommend! Our dog, Jobin, has been a reactive dog with other dogs, getting in fights and biting multiple times. His veterinarian felt Jobin was reactionary from insecurity and anxiousness. I tried so many things to help him but just when I thought I had it figured out, Jobin would flare up again and prove me wrong. Hiring Ramiro was truly the answer and his training helped Jobin and us so much! Now we have an extremely well trained dog who loves to go on long walks, visit dog parks with confidence and is no longer showing insecure behavior.

Bronson was enrolled with Dog Training Elite Northeast Wisconsin in the obedience platinum package. His trainer, Alli was amazing to work with. She was very flexible with not only Bronson’s medical issues. He got kennel cough three times from doggy daycare, had a soft tissue injury that took a couple weeks to heal and more recently had food allergies and environmental allergies. Not to mention my very demanding work schedule was hard to accommodate but Alli made it happen! All of the one-on-one sessions were in the comfort of Bronson’s home/yard so it was less stressful for puppy and owner. Alli was very patient and explained all of the training components to help not only me to understand why things are trained in the manner they are and to also explain the tell tale signs of dogs in general that get it but refuse to cooperate at times and then reinforcing the positive feedback as each training session was accomplished on daily routine life. Bronson just graduated his obedience training course and he passed his Canine Good Citizen certification today. A lot of work was done with Bronson but I would highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a personalized obedience training program for their canine to use Dog Training Elite. The trainers definitely put the extra personal effort to treat your dog as if it was their own. Look forward to continuing onto the group training and hopefully service dog training!

I got a working line doberman puppy, Draco, and was feeling lost with training on my own. I had no idea where to start but I ended up deciding to work with Dog Training Elite after reading their great reviews. Let me tell you if they can successfully help me train my crazy, super high energy, stubborn doberman, they can train your dog. We worked with Allison and I couldn’t be happier. We genuinely looked forward to in home lessons with her every week and so did Draco. We have a 2 year old corgi who was food aggressive and dog reactive and didn’t always listen, he also was in trusting to be left off leash. When my wife and I had gotten our second dog, Lucy, we knew almost right away that we were going to need some help getting her trained to the level she deserved to be at. She came from a rough upbringing, and we were very unsure as to how to tackle it. One day however, we decided to get in contact with Dog Training Elite and I can say without reservation that it was the best decision that my wife and I have made for Lucy. The first session, while a little rocky at first, as Lucy began to learn the basics of what will make her a well trained dog, completely changed her whole personality. She began to listen to us, look at us when giving commands, and would nearly be able to read our minds depending on the situation, because she was properly trained to know how to respond. My wife and I realized our dog, Max, needed some obedience training, as we were constantly trying to stop him from bolting out the door or getting overly distracted on walks by sniffing everything and approaching other dogs in a way that seemed too aggressive. I had an outstanding experience working with Ally. Ally is incredibly patient. She gives detailed explanations, works well one on one and gave positive feedback to both our dog and the me. Each lesson contained just the right amount of new skills and every lesson built on the lesson before. I highly recommend them. Individual lessons are so great and you make such rapid progress. I received an excellent return on my investment.

Ramiro did a great job with my dog Percy. Percy is a rescue who came from a hoarding situation. He was very nervous and sometimes over reactive in situations where he felt uncomfortable. After working with Ramiro, Percy has become so much more secure, and I feel more confident in my ability to help him manage his anxiety. Other people in my family have even commented on how much better his behavior has been since we started training at the beginning of the summer. I couldn't recommend this trainer (and company) enough!

Dog training elite is amazing. We got are boy Shiloh from the shelter an he was a lot to handle from pulling as hard as he could on walks to chewing things up a barking. Romero made this process a whole lot easier with the 1 on 1 sessions with Shiloh. They treat everyone one like family and only want the best for our pups. Shiloh is a year and a half now an is as confident as ever is almost everything his does now. I highly recommend dog training elite to anyone who is looking for a great outcome for there pups!

We used DTE to train our rottweiler puppy, Moose. We were in contact with Stephany and Ramiro from DTE before knowing what breed of puppy we would be getting. I am wheelchair bound and we wanted to get a puppy to train to be my service dog. Through video meetings, we discussed my needs and found a breed we agreed on. Through their contacts, they found a rottweiler breeder that has a great reputation. (Moose has been a great puppy since the beginning. Very relaxed and easygoing. It has never felt like a task to train him.) We had Moose attend, or more stay home (they come to you!) for the Puppy Platinum and Obedience Platinum courses, which started shortly after Moose was 8 weeks old. Moose just graduated from his obedience trading and received his Canine Good Citizen certificate. Moose is currently attending DTE's group training sessions with the other dogs that have also been through their obedience training. Ramiro was Moose's trainer for every class. Each lesson was very efficient and Ramiro was great with explaining what, how, and why we were doing each step. Moose loves Ramiro; he treated Moose as he would with his own dog from the beginning. Moose is now 7 months old and is such a good boy! He listens so well and can already heal and go for a walk off leash. He's learning more every day and is set to go to Milwaukee to get service dog training. He definitely has a good base to go from. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting DTE for dog training if you're needing help getting started with getting a puppy, just got a puppy, or are having issues with your own. If results are proof with Moose, be confident that you will have a puppy that is super well trained, confident, and that you're proud of.

My dog Finn and I started training in hopes to work on his reactivity to people and dogs. Working with DTE was an amazing experience. By the first week I noticed such a huge improvement in Finn’s overall behavior. His confidence when meeting new people and dogs has grown so much and it’s been so amazing to see. We are so thankful for trainer Alli and everyone at DTE!

Ramiro Rodriguez
Owner & Lead Trainer
Ramiro Rodriguez is the owner and head trainer at Dog Training Elite - Green Bay / Appleton. Ramiro spent most of his career in supply chain, computer programming, technology and also served 13 years in the Army Reserve as an Officer. Ramiro grew up in Neenah, WI and always had animals including dogs, turtles, and even a rabbit. After 10 years in corporate America, Ramiro decided that he wanted a more fulfilling career in training dogs.
When Ramiro is not training dogs he loves spending time with his wife and kids, Stephany, Vincent and Layla. He also loves golfing, hunting, going up north to the cabin. Ramiro and his wife have three dogs Wally, Pepper and Caddie.
Stephany Rodriguez
Facility Manager & Trainer
Stephany Rodriguez is the head of Operations and Trainer for Dog Training Elite for Green Bay / Appleton. Stephany's passion for animals began at a young age. She grew up on a dairy farm in rural Wisconsin caring for cows, cats, dogs, chickens, and goats. After helping on her family farm for over a decade, Stephany pursued a career in the Military and has been serving since 2005.
Stephany worked as a civilian in the Army Reserve for 9 years before transitioning to pursue a career with Dog Training Elite alongside her husband Ramiro. When not working, Stephany loves hanging out with her husband and two kids Vincent and Layla. She is also passionate about getting involved in her community, golfing, fitness, and spending time with her fur babies Wally, Pepper, and Caddie.
Marcy Heiman
Trainer
After almost a decade of production work Marcy realized she wanted to have a more purposeful career. Her passion for caring for animals started at a young age, but really blossomed after owning her first dog! In 2021, she pursued fostering for a local rescue. Since then, Marcy has fostered over 200 dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. With the knowledge and experience she gained working in rescue; Marcy followed her dream and pursued a career with Dog Training Elite as a trainer.
Although her life revolves around taking care of her own four dogs and endless amounts of fosters; Marcy also enjoys crafting, hiking, reading, and photography.
Hannah Randall
Trainer
Hannah’s passion for dogs and dog training began when she got her first dog, Chai, an Alaskan Malamute. Within just a few days, it became clear that Chai needed training. As they progressed through their training, Hannah’s confidence grew, and their bond strengthened. This experience ignited a long-lasting fascination with dog training.
Hannah’s background in healthcare as a CNA and surgical technologist has nurtured her love for learning and empathy. However, her love for working with dogs has only deepened over the years. To further her knowledge, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Animal Science and Behavior, with an expected graduation at the end of the year.
In her spare time, Hannah daydreams about which dog breed to get next, researches online certifications in canine and healthcare-related training, and practices competitive obedience for rally courses with her chocolate lab, Vanilla. She also enjoys participating in yoga, volunteering in the community with therapy work alongside Vanilla, and engaging in any activity that allows her to experience life to the fullest.
Larissa Sobiek
Trainer
Larissa’s love for animals began at a very young age. Growing up, she was always eager to learn everything she could about dogs, cats, horses, and small animals. From early on, Larissa knew she wanted to work with animals and never pictured herself doing anything else.
Her passion for dog training truly blossomed when she got her first dog, Zero. As a teenager, she took on the challenge of training him herself to be her service dog—an experience that sparked a deep interest in canine behavior and communication.
As her journey continued, Larissa discovered Dog Training Elite and immediately jumped at the opportunity to help others build stronger communication and connections with their dogs. When she’s not working, Larissa enjoys hiking and exploring with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Zero and Salem. She also loves fitness, practicing yoga, or simply relaxing at home with a good book.
