Jake did an amazing job with Roo and Gunnar!

I was worried that it would be too late for my 2 year old dog, Harley, to get trained. I was also worried she wouldn't see me as her master because I am her second owner, and she seems to respond better to males. Some problems Harley had were jumping on people, pulling on the leash, and running away when I take her out to potty. I was honestly hopeless and wasn't sure if I could keep her any longer if her behavior didn't improve. After doing my research online, I decided to go with Dog Training Elite. I got the Gold Package, which was easily the best decision I could make! 5 private lessons with Jeff made Harley the most amazing dog I didn't know she could be. I also learned how to be a better owner thanks to Jeff. Jeff is super professional, enthusiastic, and Harley absolutely loved him. I highly recommend having your dog trained by this company.

Dallin was great! He loved and really understood my pup. He went from only good for me to a great dog. Give this guy a raise!

My lab Bodhi (6 year old) started attacking people out of protection for me and our home. I chose the platinum package to help with his aggression and anxiety. Jeff our trainer is a miracle worker! Bodhi now has done a 180 and I feel comfortable taking him anywhere. When i had a question or needed to reschedule training, McCall was a pleasure to speak with, great customer service. Hands down, best training experience I've ever had.... and I've had several dogs throughout my life. Well worth the money, I've got my best friend back:)

Highly recommend this dog training service! The trainer comes to your house for the individual lessons, which is extremely convenient! I was able to schedule after work hours. The trainers make e-collar training so easy and help you understand that it's not hurting your dog, and how to be consistent. They know when your pup needs some extra help or when to slow down training. Dallin Renouard was our trainer for the majority of individual classes and he was excellent! He balanced praising my dog with challenging and pushing her past her normal comfort zone. He addressed all of my questions and was highly professional, dependable, and personable! I feel like I have much more control over my pup on and off leash, and happy that she has improved recall. Great training program! I'm excited to start group lessons now!

Jake and McCall were great with Roscoe, the Cairn Terrier. He started with DTE when he was 10 weeks old learning his basic commands and came back later for more advanced training (he's 8 months now). If I hadn't moved from SLC to Arizona, I would have kept Roscoe with these guys to do therapy dog training - they really do care about your dog.

We have seen such great results with this program! We loved that we could be present, and trained as well, for each weeks training protocol. The ability to do training at our home made all the difference in us choosing DTE. We appreciate Jeff and the staff for providing us the confidence we needed in caring for and handling our aggressive pup.

FIVE PLUS STARS We are so grateful these five stars were aligned and led us to our wonderful forever friendship with DTE! It has been 5 years since we lost our beloved 15 yr old fur family member. Didn’t think we’d be doing this again. Dogs are mental health for me. That’s ALL I wanted for Christmas! Oh boy…the new puppy arrived and we knew we needed help! That’s when McCall arrives at our door and quickly teaches us that WE are the Boss of our home, not this adorable fur ball! We witnessed McCall’s magic which was quiet but firm. Our pup Sonny was left feeling like the best boi each time they met! He since has completed 2 dog camps. These are not easy but he couldn’t get to the door fast enough. Jake worked wonders with Sonny! Jake has a very confident energy that is passed on to your dog with so much praise. Dallin, who teaches the puppy classes, is as fun & friendly to the families not just the adorable puppies of all kinds and makes you feel you are the best parent! There is not a question or concern that Kacie, who runs the show at the front desk, can’t immediately help you with and is the perfect person who greets you with a friendly Hi & smile!

Got the Whole Den package and am very satisfied with the level of professionalism that everyone had. They gave wonderful suggestions and presented things I a way I could understand. Will use them going forward for all trainings on our little one.

If I could give 10 starts I would. This place is amazing. I did the two-week training camp for my 8 month old puppy and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. The training staff is incredible. They answered all my questions and took extra time and care in helping my dog be successful. Special thanks to Jake and McCall, who worked with my dog every day. You can tell they love their jobs! I would recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks again DTE!!!

I highly recommend Dog Training Elite!! Brock has made the most amazing changes in just a week! I couldn’t do this alone! Jake is incredible and patient with my pup. Even though my Lab was crazy… he’s learning how to be an absolute gentleman! I am so impressed with everything at DTE!

I recently enrolled my Morkie, Zeus, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Kaycee was knowledgeable and helped us decide which program would be best for Zeus. Kaycee made everything seamless from scheduling, questions and payments during our 2 weeks of facility training. The training sessions were not only fun and engaging but also tailored to Zeus's individual needs and personality. Jake took the time to understand Zeus's strengths and areas that needed improvement, which made the learning process so much more effective. Zeus absolutely adored going to the training classes; it became the highlight of his week! I noticed a significant improvement in his behavior, from basic commands like "sit" and "stay" to walking politely on a leash. Beyond the training itself, the facility was clean, safe, and filled with a friendly atmosphere. It was apparent that Zeus was in excellent hands, and I felt confident leaving him in their care. I am immensely grateful to Jake and Dallin for their dedication and expertise in helping Zeus. Just finished my 5th in-home dog training and I can't be more relieved and happy that I finally have the makings of an obedient dog. I still have 3 more in-home sessions as well as a bunch of group sessions I am excited to start. McCall Iorg, Jeff Slack and Dallin Renouard have all been a part of this journey and have been nothing but amazing! Couldn't have done it with out them!

I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for the phenomenal dog training team. From the very first interaction, it was clear that this team possessed an unmatched level of expertise, dedication, and passion for what they do. I loved how my doggie (Oliver) felt safe and comfortable, paving the way for effective training and progress. Oliver absolutely loved Jake, he is awesome! He also trained with McCall and Dallin, and he enjoyed and showed immediately improvement into a well-behaved and confident companion, if you are seeking a dog training team that combines expertise, compassion and genuine love for dogs, look no further. If you don’t want to read a long review - I will put it simply. If you have a dog, GET THEM TRAINED WITH DOG TRAINING ELITE! You will not regret it. If you want the long version here it is… There are not enough goods things I could say about the amazing people at DTE. We adopted our dog Margot a little over a year ago and there has been so many tears and frustrations and even thoughts that we may need to re-home her because we weren’t able to have people over, go anywhere with her, take her on walks - even just hanging out at home or cleaning the house was near impossible due to Margot’s reactivity and behavior. We are SO GLAD we found Dog Training Elite when we did because it has literally changed not only our lives, but Margot’s too. We started her trainings in January this year and have gone from pretty much never leaving the house to taking her on walks at busy parks, going to the farmers market, and she has even been able to make a dog friend just this past weekend! Not every day goes 100% perfect and there is still work to be done, but we have all the tools and continued support we need. I always know I can call the office and have any questions answered and successes celebrated when I need it. Jeff is our trainer and he is the best! Since the first time we met him at our consultation, each training session in our home, sessions at parks, group classes, etc. he has always made us comfortable, confident and calm. He has given us so much knowledge about our dog and how to advocate for her, help set her up for success, and guide her through situations where she is typically very reactive and scared. When we first started our sessions - Margot wouldn’t even look at Jeff and now when he has come to our home, she wags her tail and she also has even gone on walks successfully with his dog! We also have worked with Jake alongside Jeff at the reactive dog group classes we have attended so far and he is wonderful as well. And then there is Kaycee who works at the office who is an ACTUAL angel on earth. The week following our first session I called with questions which she, of course, answered thoroughly - and I also started crying because I was so happy with the changes we were seeing so quickly and she was so nice about my tears of happiness and relief. I have called many times since then and even had to go into the office to pick up some things a few times and every time I speak with her she is so kind and welcoming. Myself, my husband, Margot and even our friends/family will be forever grateful for this entire team! Pictured is Margot (right) with her new friend Sadie after lots of running and playing - this would not have been possible even 3 months ago.

We are now confident taking her on walks or to parks, she is now more obedient than most the other dogs we know, and we even recently introduced to her my parent’s German Shepherd (we tried before finding Dog Training Elite without success which was one of the things that lead to us making the investment in training, but I’m telling you, with the tools they give you it’s like night and day)! She is doing so well and I can’t recommend Dog Training Elite enough! We are excited to start group lessons.
