The Trainers at Dog Trainihg Elite Central Nashville have been phenomenal. We are early in the process, however, I must say Rhett visited us today for the first visit and was wonderful to deal with. As a previous high pressure salesman, I don’t like to be pressured on purchases whether it’s buying a car or getting training for our new puppy. He was so laid back and low pressure, I decided to go with his recommended package and move forward using DTE. I’ll update as we go forward with training, but if it goes half as well as the house visit, this will stay at a five star!

Had her second session today with Rhett. Could not have gone any better very impressed with his knowledge and patience with our puppy so happy we have found him and Caitlin.

Our consultation with Reina was great. She listened to the goals I have for my puppy, and mapped out how we would get there with DTE’s help. I appreciated her kindness and her professionalism. And the consultation is free of charge. Our weekly trainer Kaitlyn is wonderful. The training sessions are informative and instructive so I just need to do the work with Brody in between. Austin came to my home for my puppy's first training session yesterday. He was right on time, polite, and professional. Austin began teaching my puppy right away the commands "come" and "off" (the new word for NO). The instructions were a great beginning point for my family to keep the training going this week before our next in home visit next week.

Aidan is absolutely awemazing!!!! Miss Saffron has always been beautiful in spirit, now in just a couple of sessions she is much more” bourgeois “ than before. Very refined 🤣🤣🤣

Today was training number four and Aiden did an amazing job! It was the first lesson with the E collar, and I was a bit nervous about it, but after just one lesson, I have such a well-behaved pup. I can’t believe it! 10 stars to Aiden and elite dog training!

We contacted them . We had lost hope of our dog being trained. The dog ,was displaying what we considered aggressive behavor . However that was not the case .The dog had way too much energy and he was being confined to much . Meaning he was on a leash ,and crated at night . The company came to make an assessment . We was assured the dog trainable . Austin ,came .what a transformation ‼️‼️‼️ We call. Austin The Dog Whisperer. The dog loves Austin . We highly recommend Austin . .

This was our 3rd week with Austin training Murry and he has been so amazing and patience with our dog that I would highly recommend him to anyone that want their dog training, the expertise and patience with our dog has been nothing but fenomenal.

There are no words to describe how great Rhett is with our little Lulu. She has learned so much since beginning her training at Dog Training Elite. She is always very obedient whether it be at home or in public. She is already doing service task for my husband and continues to learn so much from Rhett. Rhett is so knowledgeable and so kind. Great first training session!!

Rhett was great! His knowledge about dogs(all breeds) and their tendencies was amazing. The man was full of knowledge and the best part was he answered all our questions about issues we are having with our pups with an explanation that made sense and phrased where we understood it. He explained their training packages and how they worked but never pressured us to sign up. My sister and I decided immediately after his evaluation of our pups, answering all our questions and explaining how the training will work that this was the right company and trainer for us! Can’t wait to work with Rhett on training us “humans “ on how to train our dogs! Don’t know if our babies Essex and Morris are excited but us humans are. After we have done some training, I will be back with another review from our dogs as to how things went. 😂

We have been having the best experience with Red from Dog Training Elite. The format of the lessons are great and we feel so supported through this whole experience. Red made us feel like we can achieve our goals and he helped with any question we had. I always felt comfortable asking any questions and Red always had a helpful answer that really worked! Rhett with Dog training Elite in Knoxville is great at breaking steps down, advocating for the client and the doggy, and great at boosting confidence. I had a bad run with a positive only trainer who didn't know what to do with an anxious dog and on top of that they weren't positive only with humans and totaled my confidence. Rhett came in and raised my confidence back and has helped my dog become more confident. I can wait to see what the 8wks has in store.

Best dog training experience of my three. Red is kind, considerate, and well-trained. On our eighth lesson, we took my 60-lb dog to an antique mall. We walked in the areas for 50 minutes, and Memphis didn’t touch anything. He also was approached by several people and was a perfect gentleman. Five stars all the way.

We have loved working with Dog Training Elite! We have two young children – and being able to work with these trainers has really helped our Portuguese water Dog, Arthur, be such a great little member of our family. They are so responsive, professional, and knowledgeable!

Hiring dog training elite was by far one of the best decisions I ever made. Before my dog would bark at literally everything. Now he is so well behaved and so calm. While walking him, I used to have to cross to the other side of the road to avoid other dogs and people. And now I can just walk past them and he is calm and so well behaved. I hired multiple other dog trainers before, but none of them were able to help with his reactivity. Best dog trainers in Nashville!

All of the trainers are easy to work with, exceptionally helpful, and great with my dog Charlotte. I cannot recommend this place enough! We worked with Parker for our dog’s behavior training, and the transformation has been incredible. Before starting, we were struggling with leash pulling and constant jumping when guests arrived, but Parker’s approach really clicked with our pup. Parker was patient, professional, and took the time to explain the 'why' behind the techniques. WOW was I impressed with the dog training here! I’ve gone to several others all over Nashville, but I just haven’t seen much progress with my dog’s behavior until one of my close friends from church recommended this place. I own a vizsla and if anyone knows anything about vizslas is that they’re cute but crazy and highly energetic dogs. Going here and training my lovely dog has made him keep the cuteness, but cut out the chaotic behavior. Thanks again this place has saved me so much time and energy. If I ever get another dog the FIRST thing I’ll do is bring them here

I’m so glad that I took my dog Kenji to Dog Training Elite. Kenji as a puppy was very chaotic and would always jump on us and would pull on the leash whenever we’d take him out for runs and walks. He would also chew up all our shoes. But not after taking him here, Kenji has learned to no jump on us or guests and is obedient to our commands on walks. And they have eliminated Kenji’s chewing habits.Highly recommend Dog Training Elite, they are so kind to the dogs and are very professional and friendly.

My experience here with my dog Rocky was unbelievable and necessary! Before his training he was overly excited, unsure how to interact properly with people, barked constantly, and wasn’t potty trained. After his training here all of these issues were fixed! I absolutely recommend to train your dog here with them! Rocky is such a good boy now!

My dog is super friendly but used to be so wild- she would bark all the time, jump up on guest, and always pull at the leash on walks to go say hi to other dogs or people. After putting her through the program here, she has become so much better! She is still so loving but she’s much better about jumping up on people and is much more polite on walks! It’s been a great experience for us through Dog Training Elite!

My insecure golden retriever lacked confidence and social skills! Elite did a great job of not only building his confidence, but helping me understand him.

I am so pleased with DTE!!! We currently have a 1 year old golden retriever at 78 pounds. Callahan! Named after “Dirty Harry Inspector Callahan” Clint Eastwood… We had senior pups a Beagle and Bassett Hound before they recently passed. With Callahan we have gone from seniors at 20 mph to Callahan at 100 mph (!) Callahan’s breeder recommended dog training. I have never done dog training. Googling, I saw DTE had great reviews. We started with 1 on 1’s at our house. Then group training! Some shout outs to the fabulous trainers at group : Montana, Liam and Andi. All professional and know what they are doing with dogs. I’m probably forgetting someone? But all excellent. But I’m not forgetting PARKER! I swear this man must have been raised with wolves and dogs. He’s part of the pack and instinctively knows how to handle dogs. I had issues with Callahan heeling and running after everything on our walks. Squirrels, runners, cyclists, etc. Parker has helped me control Callahan. We have the proper collar. Parker taught me collar adjustment, collar location on dog’s neck and leash snap. I learned change direction when I see distraction. Like a bunny. Parker also had me practice on him as if he were the dog, feeling the dog pull and learning when I needed to snap. At first I was late lots with my snap but eventually I got the hang of it. Highly recommend DTE. Worth the investment in training a dog. They are responsive and flexible to meet you and your dog’s needs. And request Parker if you really need lots of help! Catherine and Callahan

Dog training elite has been a GAME CHANGER!!! Cannot recommend them enough. My dog got attacked and has never been the same. Within the first two sessions she was already a completely different dog. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I see- every time I leave my house people comment saying that my dog is so well behaved. Sooo so so well worth it over and over again. Rizzo is my sweet rescue dog that constantly barked at everything! On walks he was very reactive towards other dogs. He wasn’t a bad dog but just really annoying! He now stops barking when I tell him to, and I can walk past other dogs with no barking or reactivity. If you are looking for dog training in Nashville give them a call! They changed my life! And Rizzo loves the trainers!:)

Montana is a true dog lover and was amazing with our (very stubborn) dog. She was patient, supportive, and really helped us understand how to work with Koa instead of against him. Training felt less stressful and way more doable with her guidance. We only wish we had found Montana and her team earlier.

I was out in Nashville for the summer and got an emotional support dog to help me out with my stressful job. Before I found Parker and Dog Training Elite, Russel was a bit to rambunctious he was always barking and some neighbors were upset. Our dog, Teddy, is 9 years old. Although not really aggressive, he would get highly anxious when strangers came over (even if they were friends) and bark nonstop. It was hard to have guests in our home. We were concerned that he was too old to be trained not to behave this way. Montana was able to teach Teddy a handful of basic commands within a few weeks. When ordered to behave with these commands, we noticed Teddy quickly become much less anxious with practically no barking at all around guests. Montana did a great job with Teddy and I highly recommend Dog Training Elite.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Parker and Dog Training Elite. We are a family of 5 in the Brentwood area and we recognized we needed help with our Goldenddoodle puppy (Auggie) as our self-training was just not working, especially considering Auggie has high anxiety. Parker, Reina, Liam and Montana were all great and helped build Auggie’s (and our) confidence and we have seen a massive change in behavior over the last 2+ months we’ve been working with the Dog Training Elite crew.
