Our Balanced Theory
We base our training around the "Classical Conditioning" model (a.k.a. "Pavlovian" or "respondent conditioning"). This includes developing conditioned or automatic reflexes to commands. In its simplest form (after proper conditioning), when the owner says "sit," the dog automatically sits without thinking about it. Our unique techniques ensure our program is a success no matter what behavior we encounter.

I can not recommend Dog Training Elite DTE) strong enough!!!! From day 1 the changes in my dog’s behavior blew me away. My Akita knew the basics and was a very good dog but I wanted an exceptional dog. A dog that would protect me or my family when needed but also he needed to be on his best behavior at ALL times. My training began with Karen (an excellent trainer with a natural gift to communicate with your furry best friend) Now we are working directly with Neil and everyday I feel like we are moving leaps and bounds. My Akita looks forward to his training days and he truly is a very happy participant in his training process. Using our unique approach to training you won’t need to worry about getting your puppy potty trained. We have fine tuned our style of training to focus on positive reinforcement paired with a personalized, in-home approach. This allows you to be present and participate as an integral part of the training of your new puppy. Alongside our professional dog trainers you will be the key to the sustained obedience training.
During the first week of training you can expect us to start working on crate training/housebreaking. By utilizing what is referred to as the “Classical Conditioning” method, or the “Pavlovian” model we are able to be more effective in our training and create longer lasting results than with other training methods.
