While dogs are man's best friend, that relationship didn't develop overnight! Creating a strong bond with your pup takes time, patience and lots of training. While most people may not consider training a key to bonding, it is in fact one of the easiest ways to deepen your bond with your pet.
Dogs are pretty quick to show their love. Whether they place their head in your lap or snuggle up to you on the couch, these signs of affection come easily. A strong bond, however, takes more time to develop and is marked by obedience and trust. Training is a task that is equally shared between you and your pup. Your dog will understand that both of you are invested in this important task, which leads to the development of trust and deepening love. If you're looking for dog training services to reap these benefits, Dog Training Elite is here to help.
Our Balanced Theory
We base our training around the "Classical Conditioning" model (a.k.a. "Pavlovian" or "respondent conditioning"). This includes developing conditioned or automatic reflexes to commands. In its simplest form (after proper conditioning), when the owner says "sit," the dog automatically sits without thinking about it. Our unique techniques ensure our program is a success no matter what behavior we encounter.
Empowering OwnersWe empower owners to train so their dog knows who to obey at all times.
PersonalizedWe deal with problem behaviors on a personal basis.
Environment SpecificWe train wherever issues tend to arise (i.e. jogging, park, home).
SupportiveWe support owners in the off-hours (when training is "not in session").
InvolvedWe work with all members of the household.
Simplified & CustomizedWe plan training around the owner's schedule and require only 15 min/day follow-up practice.
Continued TrainingAdditional programs / group sessions offered after in-home training.
Lifetime InvestmentWe follow up & are invested in the owner's success long-term.
Satisfaction RatingsOur high client satisfaction rating sets us apart from competitors.

Positive Focused Dog Training Programs
In order to ensure that training is a positive experience for both you and your pet, at Dog Training Elite we use positive reinforcement methods, or the Pavlovian model. This method focuses on conditioning your dog to follow commands and rewarding him for correct behaviors. We never use punishment as part of our training sessions.
Positive reinforcement and praise are key to deepening the bond with your pet. Your dog will come to trust you more easily and will be more obedient as a result of our program. Our professional trainers will help you feel empowered during sessions by working directly with you and your pet. While training your dog, we will teach you the basics of at-home training so you can continue these lessons with your pet for years to come.
